Chandi Havan combines the recitation of Durga Saptashati (also called Chandi Path) with a Vedic fire offering. It is performed when a family is facing sustained difficulty, opposition or negative influence, and seeks the direct intervention of Devi Chandi, the fierce and protective form of the Divine Mother.चंडी हवन में दुर्गा सप्तशती (चंडी पाठ भी कहलाता है) के पाठ के साथ एक वैदिक हवन संपन्न किया जाता है। जब कोई परिवार निरंतर कठिनाई, विरोध या नकारात्मक प्रभाव का सामना कर रहा हो, तब यह किया जाता है, जिसमें देवी चंडी — जो दिव्य माता का उग्र एवं सुरक्षात्मक रूप हैं — के प्रत्यक्ष हस्तक्षेप की कामना की जाती है।

Chandi Havan Vidhi (Procedure)चंडी हवन विधि

A kalash sthapana and Ganesh pujan open the ceremony, followed by the chanting of the thirteen chapters of Durga Saptashati. Each chapter's mantras are then offered into the havan kund with ghee and specific samagri, concluding with Purnahuti and Devi Aarti.कलश स्थापना एवं गणेश पूजन से समारोह आरंभ होता है, इसके पश्चात दुर्गा सप्तशती के तेरह अध्यायों का पाठ किया जाता है। प्रत्येक अध्याय के मंत्रों को घी एवं विशेष सामग्री सहित हवन कुंड में अर्पित किया जाता है, तथा पूर्णाहुति एवं देवी आरती के साथ समापन होता है।
